As part of its ongoing efforts to internationalize the Ahwazi cause through facts, the Association held a specialized human rights seminar titled: “Ahwaz: Ongoing Violations and International Responsibility,” with the participation of a select group of legal experts, academics, and international media representatives.
Key Highlights:
· Exposing Violations: Presenting documented working papers and reports that expose the Iranian regime’s systemic crimes, including political executions, arbitrary arrests, ethnic discrimination, and politically motivated demographic change.
· Legal Approach: Transforming the human suffering in Ahwaz into comprehensive legal files in accordance with international humanitarian law, highlighting the confiscation of the Ahwazi people’s cultural, environmental, and economic rights.
· International Action: The seminar called upon the international community, think tanks, and relevant UN mechanisms to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, and to pressure Tehran to halt its gross violations.
Conclusion: The seminar served as a successful diplomatic bridge and a strategic step toward breaking the isolation surrounding the Ahwazi cause, delivering a rigorous human rights discourse tailored to global decision-making centers.
